Pellets, Briquettes, Torrefaction: Efficient Bioenergy

Torrefied Pellets: Efficiency and Energy Performance

Torrefied pellets offer a direct alternative to coal and other fossil fuels in a wide range of industrial processes. Produced from residual biomass, they enable organizations to rapidly initiate their energy transition.


Through the torrefaction process, the biomass gains energy density, stability and uniformity. Their calorific value ensures optimal performance and clean combustion. Their hydrophobic properties also contribute to more efficient transport and storage operations.


Compared to conventional wood pellets, torrefied pellets provide a higher calorific value and greater stability, resulting in superior performance.

Wood Pellets: Versatility and Renewable Energy

Wood pellets offer a versatile solution for generating renewable energy from locally sourced biomass. Made from compressed and dried sawdust, they are suitable for industrial facilities, cogeneration plants and energy recovery projects.


Their standardized size and shape ensure optimal performance in automatic feeding systems. In addition, their low ash content reduces equipment maintenance requirements.


Compared with torrefied pellets, they have a slightly lower calorific value but remain highly stable and easy to handle. Compared with briquettes, they provide a more continuous and flexible feed for automated systems.

Energy Briquettes: Density and Long Combustion

Wood briquettes are designed for industrial energy production and the recovery of residual biomass. Manufactured by compacting locally sourced sawdust and wood chips, they offer a dense, stable and easily storable energy solution.


Each briquette has a calorific value that ensures long, steady combustion suitable for industrial boilers and energy generation plants. Their high density facilitates transport and optimizes storage space, while their uniform shape ensures a consistent supply for automated systems.


Compared with torrefied pellets, briquettes provide slower and longer-lasting combustion, making them ideal for facilities that require stable production over extended periods. Compared with conventional wood pellets, they offer higher density and improved handling for storage.
