Félix works with large private firms, governmental organizations, and small non-profits across Canada, helping them bring their big ideas to fruition. He guides projects by offering expert strategic advice, as well as providing support in public relations, whether with government or between businesses. 

Félix specializes in shepherding economic development projects focused on innovation — expertise he gained in part while working on the development of the Quebec government's ''Innovation zones'' program in the cabinet of the Minister of Economy and Innovation (MEI).

Félix has a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Ottawa and has completed postdoctoral work at The Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. He is now an Associate Professor at the Université du Québec à Rimouski. 

He also owns and has invested in several businesses in New-Brunswick, Quebec and Ontario, and thus understands the needs and concerns of business owners.

When he is not busy at work, Félix likes to kick back and enjoy a good book, as well as to spend time with his partner, family and friends. Otherwise, you may catch him indulging in his passion for speed, whether riding on his motorcycle or skiing down the slopes.

Tom is a management and strategic writing professional with a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation. 

He draws on his background in business administration and over 25 years of multidisciplinary experience to help organizations of all sizes grow. He holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute and uses his project management skills to help leaders turn their vision into tangible, value-added results.

An avid sports, travel and food enthusiast, Tom is also the author of a book on wine that takes every opportunity to express his creative side.

Jean-Michel holds a Master's degree in Letters (Ancient Studies - Laval), as well as undergraduate degrees in English (Calgary), Persian (Tehran) and Arabic (Concordia), the visible markers of an obsession; a desire and a wager all at once, to get to the bottom of things through an ever more generous height of vision.  

He also draws on his long experience in research and writing to offer fresh, penetrating analyses of the salient issues facing professionals involved in stimulating innovation throughout Quebec. As Senior Director, Communities and Research, Jean-Michel is committed to creating strategic intelligence tools that will best serve Innov&Co's clientele, and in particular the members of Forum Innovation.

An enthusiast of rare books and all the more rarefied ideas, cheerfully grumpy and gently non-conformist, Jean-Michel lives in Quebec City with the love of his life, his three children and his two old cats.

Jean-François leverages his sterling academic background to offer services in strategic guidance and public relations. He specializes in projects focused on cybersecurity and defense, as well as artificial intelligence.

Jean-François has a PhD in political science from McGill University. He has previously taught at McGill and Concordia University. Additionally, he completed postdoctoral work at the International Security Studies at Yale University and with the Balsillie School of International Affairs at Waterloo University. Jean-François continues to write and provide commentaries in traditional medias on topics related to international conflicts, nuclear weapons and coercive diplomacy, as well as on the cybersecurity of critical infrastructures.

When not at work, you can catch him working on a science-fiction novel, or mining for inspiration in well-thumbed paperbacks. You might also find him pining for the day when he will finally get to fly as a licensed pilot.

A graduate of the École des Mines d'Alès in France, Marilou has over 8 years of experience in environmental solutions management. 

She has been called upon to carry out various environmental and sustainable development projects and specializes in grant research and environmental assessment. 

During her career, Marilou has submitted grant applications to the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC), to the National Research Council of Canada's Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC-IRAP), and participated in the development of applications to various other organizations.

Alexandre can boast of nearly ten years of experience as a communications and marketing expert.

After studying radio broadcasting and communications, he worked as a journalist and radio host for many media organizations in Quebec and Ontario.

As Communications advisor, he offers a fresh perspective on the company's marketing, content development and management of social media platforms.

Alexandre is a creative person with a fascination for the power of words, and a great appreciation for the beauty of the French language. He is also an  avid composer.
